Artist's notes: "Angel of Light hovers like a curtain of glass, crystals, beads, and optical fibers backlit by seven halogen lamps. It consists of 90 hand-cut glass panels, 77 large and 48 smaller crystal prisms; strands of seed beads—440 feet in all—and fiber optic ‘hair’ radiating pinpricks of light to produce a halo effect. The sculpture can be hung vertically or horizontally, like a chandelier."
